摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着世界电力设备制造技术水平的发展,火力发电机组的容量不断提高,高参数、大容量的机组越来越多,机组参数已由亚临界提高到超临界和超超临界,单机容量已提升到1 000 MW级水平。2011年,国华台山6^#机投入商业运行,标志着国产分散控制系统在1 000 MW火力发电机组的成功应用。针对国产和利时MACS V6 DCS控制系统硬件设计、功能等方面的应用情况,例举了应用中出现的有代表性的问题。
Since entering the 21 st century, there are more and more units with supercritical and ultra super critical increased from subcritical, and stand-alone capacity upgraded to 1000MW level with the development of the world power equipment manufacturing technology level. In 2011, it marked the successful application of domestic Distribute Control System in the 1000MW thermal power generating unit that the No. 6 Unit in Guohua Taishan was put into commercial operation. In the paper, some representative problems were illustrated that emerged during the application of the domestic Hollysys Macs V6 Distribute Control System in regard to its hardware design, function and so on and corresponding solutions were presented.
