手术剥除联合电灼治疗化脓性肉芽肿11例 被引量：1

摘要 化脓性肉芽肿是一种比较常见的良性血管结节样增生病变：某些特殊部位，如指趾末端部位由于其解剖结构的特殊性，激光、电灼、冷冻等常规治疗较刖难，且易复发，手术切除缝合难度较大，为此，我们采用手术剁除联合双极电凝电灼的方法治疗化脓性肉芽肿11例，取得了较好疗效。
