基于国防建设需要的地方高校大学生志愿者服务机制研究

Student Volunteer Service Mechanism of Regional Universities and Colleges: A Perspective of National Defense Construction Demand

青年志愿者是凭借志愿者自身的各种资源无偿的为社会需求提供各类服务的一种活动,它不仅可以满足社会在重大事件或活动时对人力资源的需求,同时也可以提升青年志愿者的综合品质。当代大学生是青年志愿者服务的主力军,是推动青年志愿者服务专业化与社会化的中坚力量。但是,我国现有的青年志愿者服务主要体现在日常社会生活之中,还没有延伸至国防建设领域。因此,研究与探讨地方高校大学生志愿者如何服务于国防建设就成为摆在学者面前的重要课题。本文从国防建设的角度,研究与探讨了地方高校大学生志愿者服务机制建设问题,以期待研究结果对地方高校大学生志愿者如何服务于国防建设有一定的启发与借鉴作用。

Nowadays, college students are the main force of the youth volunteers as well as the backbone to promote the specialization and socialization of voluntary service. However, the current voluntary service in China is mainly confined to people＇ s daily social life, failing to be extended to the field of national defense. Therefore, it turns out to be an important subject for scholars to study how student volunteers from regional universities and colle- ges offer their service to national defense. In this paper, the student volunteer service mechanism of regional uni- versities and colleges is studied in the perspective of national defense construction.
