纳林河煤矿深埋煤层工作面初采期间矿压规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究鄂尔多斯地区深埋煤层矿压规律,防止深埋工作面初采期间发生工作面压架切顶事故,给煤矿企业带来重大损失,对纳林河二号煤矿31101工作面现场矿压观测,并且运用KJ21矿压监测系统分析软件对支架工作阻力进行了分析,得出了鄂尔多斯地区深埋煤层的矿压规律,结果表明:31101工作面上部和下部初次来压比工作面中部滞后5 m左右,工作面中部压力比上下两端头压力大,验证了顶板的O-X型破断。31101工作面支架的工作阻力能够满足生产要求,支架的适应性良好。 In order to study strata pressure law of the coal mining face in the deep coal seam in the Ordos region and prevent the roof cutting accident causing serious losses occurred in the coal mining face during the early mining, with the site mine strata pressure observation in No. 31101 coal mining face in Nalinhe No. 2 Mine, the KJ21 mine pressure monitoring system was adopted to analyze support resistance, the strata behavior law of deep buried coal seam in Erdos area was got. The result shows that the initial pressure at the upper and lower lags 5 m than the middle area in the 31101 mining face,and the pressure of middle area larger than that of top and bottom, verifying the slope off of O-X. The powered supports at the31101 mining face could meet the production requirements, with effective adaptability.
