摘要
为了解决极破碎围岩巷道支护难题,基于五阳煤矿扩区集中胶带大巷穿越采空区段地质条件的复杂性及其稳定性控制的重要性,通过对围岩性质和围岩强度进行分析,提出了双壳让压耦合支护技术和控制对策,确定了过穿越采空区段控制方案,对过采空区支护参数进行了优化设计,得出了详细的支护方案。现场应用表明:采用双壳让压耦合支护有效控制了极破碎围岩巷道有害变形,保证了巷道长期安全稳定。
In order to solve the support problem under broken surrounding rock roadway in Wuyang Mine, based on the geological conditions of complexity and the importance of stability control of the central belt roadway through goaf, through the analysis of the properties and strength of surrounding rock, the double yielding shell coupling support techniques and control measures were put forward, the control scheme through the goaf was settled, the support parameters of goaf were optimized, with the support scheme in detail. Field applications show that the double yielding shell coupling support effectively control the harmful deformation of broken surrounding rock roadway and ensure the long-term security and stability of roadway.
