聚甲醛生产工艺及国内生产现状

Production process and domestic production status of POM

介绍了聚甲醛(POM)均聚、共聚的生产工艺特点,重点介绍了共聚甲醛生产过程中的甲醛制备、三聚甲醛制备、聚合以及后处理等工艺特点,概括了国内聚甲醛公司生产运行情况及现状,分析了我国聚甲醛生产企业所面临的困难及挑战。提出了我国聚甲醛行业应优化产业升级,解决聚甲醛生产技术瓶颈,以生产出优质的聚甲醛产品,还应该加强聚甲醛改性产品的研究开发,生产出高端聚甲醛改性产品。

The production process characteristics of homopolymerization and copolymerization of polyformaldehyde（POM）were introduced, the preparation processes of formaldehyde and trioxymethylene,and the process characteristics of polymerization and post-processing in the production of copolyoxymethylene were mainly introduced. The operation status and current situation of the domestic POM production corporations were summarized. The difficulties and challenges faced by China＇s POM production enterprises were analyzed. It is put forward that POM industry in China should be optimized and upgraded, the technical bottleneck in the POM production should be solved in order to produce high quality POM products, the research and development of the modified POM products should be strengthened in order to produce the high-end POM modified products.
