钢轨万能粗轧变形的理论分析

摘要 随着近些年来国内外高速铁路技术的飞速发展,人们对列车高速运行时的平稳、舒适以及安全的性能要求越来越高,钢轨的尺寸精度、性能和强度显得尤为重要。介绍了钢轨万能粗轧变形的理论计算方法,并对简化后的钢轨断面进行理论分析计算,最后与现场规程的数据做出比较,证明该计算模型的正确性。研究的方法使得产品开发与生产成本大大降低,可以给重轨孔型的优化设计提供参考,对今后钢轨轧制过程向高质量发展提供了理论依据。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway technology at home and abroad in recent years, train running should be at a high speed smooth, comfortable and safe performance. It is very important to have the size precision,performance and strength of rail. Universal roughing deformation theory calculation method was introduced, through theoretical analysis, a reasonable simplified rail section shape, with the procedures of the data to make comparison, finally it proved the correctness of the calculation model. In this paper, the research makes the product development and the production cost greatly reduced, provides reference for optimization design of pass of the heavy rail. It also provides theoretical basis for the development of rail rolling to high quality in the future, and has great practical significance.
