摘要
基于PE400*600复摆式颚式破碎机工作原理,根据已知的设计参数初步计算确定PE400*600复摆式颚式破碎机各个零部件的基本尺寸。设计破碎机的工作机构简化为曲柄摇杆机构,利用仿真优化设计软件ADAMS进行参数化建模并进行仿真优化。通过改变参数化点的位置来改变机架的位置,从而进行优化设计,确定1个参数使得破碎腔变化最大,并确定了机架的位置及尺寸。
Based on the working principle of PE400*600 compound pendulum jaw crusher machine, the size of its parts was settled by parameters calculation. Crank-rocker mechanism replaces the original working one, simulated optimization design software ADAMS was used to conduct parametric modeling and simulating optimization. The machine position was moved by the change of parameterized points to achieve optimized design, one parameter was settled to maximize the crushing cavity change, with the settlement of position and size of machine.
