摘要
为了提高头孢菌素C的发酵生产水平,摸索合适的搅拌转速和搅拌直径,在不同的搅拌转速、不同的搅拌直径下生产头孢菌素C,并检测其发酵指数,实验结果表明,当搅拌直径为1.6 m,转速为120 r/min(线速度约为10 m/s)时,发酵指数为最佳。
In order to improve the production level of cephalosporin C fermentation, grope a proper stirring speed and stirring diameter, cephalosporin C was produced under different stirring speed and different stirring diameter, and the fermentation index was detected.The experimental results show that when the stirring diameter is 1.6 m, stirring speed is120 r/min(the line speed is about 10 m/s), the fermentation index is the best.
