健康教育干预对夫精宫腔内人工授精妇女受孕率的影响

The Effect of Health Education Intervention on the Pregnancy Rate of Intrauterine Insemination

目的:探究健康教育干预对夫精宫腔内人工授精妇女受孕率的影响。方法:选取2014年12月-2015年12月笔者所在医院收治的拟进行夫精宫腔内人工授精的患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组患者进行常规夫精宫腔内人工授精治疗,观察组患者在常规夫精宫腔内人工授精治疗的基础上同时进行健康教育干预,比较两组患者的受孕率结果。结果:观察组患者治疗后受孕率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与对照组相比有明显升高的趋势;观察组患者放弃治疗率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对临床工作的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育干预可以使夫精宫腔内人工授精受孕率呈上升趋势,有效减少患者对治疗的放弃率,同时也提高了患者对临床工作的满意度,临床上值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of health education intervention on the pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination women.Method： 150 cases ？ of artificial insemination in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected, they were randomly into the observation group and the control group, 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with health education intervention on the basis of conventional therapy, the pregnancy rate was compared between the two groups.Result： Compared with the control group, tthe pregnancy rate of the observation group after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, but there was a significant increase compared with the control group.Observation group patients give up treatment rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group patients satisfaction of clinical work was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Health education intervention can make the husband＇s sperm intrauterine insemination conception rate assumes the trend of escalation, effectively reduce the patients to treatment abandonment rate, but also improve the satisfaction of patients in clinical practice and clinical worthy of further popularization and application.
