摘要
根据SAURER(Jintan)清梳联喂棉系统工作原理,对JSC326梳棉机工艺进行了调整。从设置不同的输出速度、锡林转速、刺辊转速、锡林刺辊转速比、盖板速度以及盖板隔距、前上罩板隔距等方面探讨相关工艺变化对纺纱质量的影响,最终给出了各项设置的最优工艺条件。
The cotton feeding mechanism of SAURER blowing - carding system is introduced. Accordingly,the influence of output speed, cylinder speed, taker-in speed, cylinder and taker-in speed ratio, fiat speed and gauge, front upper cover plate gauge of the JSC326 card on the spinning quality was tested. Finally, the optimum technical specifications of the settings are given.
