摘要
死区效应常导致功率变换器件输出电压和输出电流产生大量谐波,在低速时尤为严重。对变换器的死区补偿技术的研究现状进行了总结和综述,将死区补偿方法进行了归纳总结,并分析了各种方法的优缺点和适用的范围,指出了变换器死区补偿方法的发展方向。对于变换器死区补偿方法的选择和更深入的研究具有一定的指导意义。
Dead - time effect often causes the output voltage and current of the power converter to generate a large number of harmonics, which is especially serious at low speed. The present situation of dead - time effect compensation techniques are summarized and reviewed. Some popular compensation methods are introduced before the analyses of their advantage, disadvantage and scope. The future direction of development and research is pointed out. It provides references for the choice of dead - time compensation and the more thorough research.
