摘要
"一带一路"中"新丝绸之路经济带"的建设,给予新疆地区通过向西开放发展对外贸易的契机。新亚欧大陆桥使新疆发展对外贸易的独特区位优势得以发挥,成为我国向西开放的重要口岸,也成为中亚内陆国家出海的必经之道。以新亚欧大陆桥对新疆货物贸易发展的影响程度为主要研究对象,分析新亚欧大陆桥发展概况,对其影响机理进行定性分析,借助贸易引力模型进行定量分析,最后从加强各国铁路互联互通,大力发展国际物流和中欧班列,强化上海合作组织作用等方面提出政策建议。
The 'New Silk Road Economic Belt' construction in 'One Belt and One Road' has given Xinjiang opportunities to develop.Based on the advantages in New Eurasian Continental Bridge.Xinjiang has become not only an important port of China,but also a path to sea for central Asia countries.This paper qualitatively analyzes the impact of New Eurasian Continental Bridge on the development ol Xinjiang,establishes trade gravity model.Finally,suggestions on strengthening national railway interconnection,developing international logistics and China-Europe train service,promoting the function ol Shanghai Cooperation Organization are proposed.
