摘要
根据国发[2013]33号文件,铁路生产经营性划拨土地可采取授权经营方式配置。分析了铁路企业开展土地授权经营工作面临的问题,提出实施过程中应把握的几个重要环节以及具体工作措施,进一步提升铁路用地资产效益和价值,促进铁路企业长远、可持续发展。
According to the No.33 document of Slate Department published in 2013.the land assigned for railway production could adopt authorized operation mode.This paper analyzes the problems of railway enterprises in the process of land authorized operation,proposes specific measures in order to further enhance the benefit and value of railway land,and promote railway enterprises to longterm and sustainable develop.
