学龄前儿童接触视频游戏情况及其相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]分析延吉市朝鲜族学龄前儿童接触视频游戏的情况,并探讨其相关影响因素.[方法]于2014年1月—2014年12月间选择延吉市朝鲜族幼儿园300名学龄前3~6岁儿童家长进行问卷调查,内容包括基本信息、有无接触过视频游戏、玩游戏相关因素等.[结果]300个延吉市朝鲜族学龄前儿童家庭中,拥有电脑家庭212个(70.7%);接触过视频游戏为247名(82.3%),未接触过为53名(17.7%);3~4岁接触视频游戏的为75名(75.0%),未接触为25名(25.0%),4~5岁接触为83名(83.0%),未接触为17名(17.0%),5~6岁接触为89名(89.0%),未接触为11名(11.0%);各年龄组接触游戏率间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且随年龄组升高接触视频游戏率呈上升趋势.家庭拥有电脑、家长使用智能手机、留守儿童、单亲家庭、肥胖是学龄前儿童接触视频游戏的主要因素,上述因素在接触视频游戏组与未接触视频游戏组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).[结论]延吉市朝鲜族学龄前儿童接触视频游戏率较高,学龄前儿童接触视频游戏率随年龄的增长呈上升趋势. OBJECTIVE To analyze the prevalence of playing video games in Yanji Korean preschool children, and to explore the related influencing factors. METHODS 300 preschool children who are 3-6-years-old from Yanji Korean kindergarten were investigated from January 2014 to December 2014, they were divided into three groups according to the age, then their parents filled out a questionnaire about basic information, any contact with video games and some related influencing factors, etc. RESULTS Among 300 Yanji Korean preschool children, 212 families owned a computer (70.7%); 247 preschool children (82.3%) had played video games, and 53 preschool children(17.67%) had not; among 3- 4-years-old preschool children, 75 preschool children (75.0%) had played video games, 25 preschool children(25.0%) had not; among 4- S-years-old preschool children, 83 preschool children (83.0%) had, 17 preschool children(17.0 % ) had not; among 5- 6-years-old preschool children, 89 preschool children(89.0 % ) had, 11 preschool children (11.0 % ) had not; there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of playing video games among the preschool children in different age groups(P〈0.05), and the incidence of playing video games showed an increasing trend. Computers, smart phones, left behind children, single parent families and obesity were major factors of playing video games, there were statistically significant differences in the above mentioned factors between the game playing children and the other children (P〈 0.05) . CONCLUSION The prevalence rate of playing video games in Yanji Korean preschool children was relatively high, and it was on the rise with the age.
