延边地区女性感染人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族与汉族女性感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的基因型分布特点.[方法]采用HPV基因分型技术对4 208例在妇科门诊就诊的妇女进行HPV分型检测.[结果]4 208例妇女中HPV感染率为36.29%(1 527例),共有2 176人次感染.HPV16,52,58及53型是HPV感染的较常见亚型,构成比分别为18.47%(402例),12.87%(280例),12.59%(274例),8.96%(195例);单一感染率为70.33%(1 074例),多重亚型感染率为29.67%(453例);HPV感染高峰年龄段为50~59岁和〉60岁,感染率分别为43.59%和52.60%;朝鲜族HPV感染阳性检出率为38.11%(596例),汉族为34.86%(922例),两者间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).[结论]延边地区女性HPV高危型感染以16,52,58,53型较常见,感染高发年龄段为50~59岁和〉60岁,且朝鲜族与汉族HPV感染阳性检出率间有明显差异. OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV) genotypes, and HPV infection status in women of Korean and Han nationality with different ages in Yanbian area. METHODS The HPV genes of 4 208 out patients from gynecology were detected using HPV genotyping technology. RESULTS HPV infection rate was 36.29% (1 527 cases) in 4 208, 2 176 patients got infection totally. HPV16, 52, 58 and 53 were the most common subtypes with constituent ratios of 18.47% (402 cases), 12.87% (280 cases), 12.59% (274 cases) and 8.96% (195 cases). The single and multiple infection rate were 70.33% (1074 cases) and 29.67% (453 cases) respectively. The peak age of HPV was 50 - 59 and 〉60 years, and the infection rates were 43.59% and 52.60% respectively. The infection rates in HPV positive patients were 38.11% (596 cases) in Chinese Korean people, and 34.86% (922 cases) in Han nationality. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION The high-risk HPV subtypes were HPV16, 52, 58 and 53 in Yanbian area. High incidence ages of HPV infection were 50 - 59 and 〉60 years old. HPV infection with positive detection rates showed a significant difference between Korean and Han nationality.
