摘要
由于镁铬砖的Cr^(6+)污染问题,水泥窑和石灰窑中使用镁尖晶石砖代替镁铬砖。通过镁尖晶石的加入量和加入形式的不同,阐述了合理引入α-Al_2O_3,利用镁砂骨料、镁尖晶石骨料与镁尖晶石基质组合,制备镁尖晶石耐火材料,其结果可以缓冲热应力,提高抗渣渗透性,具有良好的抗热震性能。
Due to the pollution problem of Cr^6+ in magnesia chrome bricks, magnesia chrome bricks are replaced by magnesia spinel bricks in cement kiln and lime kiln. Magnesia spinel refractories are prepared with different additions and types of magnesia spinel, by rational introducing α-Al2O3 and utilizing the combination of magnesia aggregates and magnesia spinel aggregates with magnesia matrix, which have good thermal shock resistance and can buffer thermal stress and improve slag penetration resistance.
