根据盘锦市河道堤防的现状及存在的问题,提出相应的改进措施,以加强河道堤防的管理,提高城市的防洪能力。
According to the current situation of Panjin City River embankment, find out the problems existing in the construction and management, put forward through the analysis of the corresponding improvement measures, to strengthen the management of river embankment, and gradually improve the flood control capacity of the city.
