Based on the consolidation project of Changgou reservoir in Xinglong county, mainly from the engineering point of view,this paper states the matters and key control points which should be paid attention to in analyzing the dangerous problems ,formulating the construction plan, quality control and so on, and also states the effects after the project completion, and pro, dales a feasible reference to the dilapidated reservoir consolidation and the safe operation after completion,which gives some doable advice on how to consolidate dilapidated small and medium-sized reservoirs in the future.
