Research and application of smelting process of sulfur bearing steel

摘要 针对传统含硫钢冶炼工艺存在的问题,介绍含硫钢生产的难点。通过研究电炉出钢复合脱氧剂块加精炼促进剂合成渣洗技术、低硫容量炉渣的研究、硫合金化工艺的研究与开发、钙处理技术优化、开发VD炉梯形吹氩控制技术、软吹工艺控制等工艺技术优化,形成一套成熟的含硫钢冶炼控制新技术,提高钢水洁净度,获得钢水良好的可浇性。VD真空处理后硫损失控制不超过0.005%,实现含硫钢的批量稳定生产,产品质量稳定,满足高端客户的需求。 Aimed at the problems existing in the traditional smelting process of sulfur bearing steel,the difficulties of sulfur-containing steel production is introduced.And through studying the slag washing technology with the compound deoxidizer block and steel refining promoter synthetic slag during electric furnace tapping,the slag with low sulfur capacity,the development of sulfur alloying technology,the optimization of Ca treatment technology,the development of VD furnace trapezoidal argon blowing control technology and the optimization of process control technology such as,soft blowing control technology,a new set of mature control technologies for smelting the sulfur steel is formed.It has improved the cleanliness of liquid steel,made the castability of liquid steel good,controlled the sulfur loss no more than 0.005% after VD vacuum processing,and achieved the stable bulk production of sulfur-containing steel,whose product quality is stable and meet the needs of the high-end customers.
