摘要
在压气机叶片数量较多,体积较小的情况下,采用周向环状燕尾型榫槽,可以为加工和装配带来很多方便,目前周向环状燕尾型叶根没有成熟的锁紧结构,限制了压气机转子结构设计以及压气机叶片设计的灵活性。提供了一种用于周向环状燕尾型叶根的锁紧结构,详述了该锁紧结构的设计、安装及安全性评估,为压气机转子结构设计和叶片设计提供了更多的设计空间。
It can bring a lot of convenience for the processing and assembly in the case of larger number and smaller volume of compressor blades to apply circumferential ring dovetail. At present, there is no mature locking structure of circumferential ring dovetail in engineering application, that limited the flexibility of design of compressor rotor structure and blade. This paper provide a new locking structure for circumferential ring dovetail, introduced the design, assembly, and the assess of safety, provide the more design space for design of compressor rotor structure and blade.
