摘要
排汽装置背压是汽轮机运行中的重要参数,其大小对汽轮机的安全性、经济性及调节性能都有很大的影响。重点分析了影响机组背压的主要因素,如环境温度、风速等,并针对不同的因素制订了相应的控制策略。另外,试图通过试验方法,在确保机组安全运行的前提下,寻找机组最佳背压(真空),给出运行参考数据,以提高机组的经济性。
Condenser vacuum is an important parameter in the turbine operation,its value has a great influence to the safety economy and regulation performance of the turbine in the operation. This paper mainly analyzes the influence factors of vacuum system, such as atmosphere temperature, wind speed, etc. according to the different factors to formulate the corresponding countermeasures. In addition, this paper attempts to test the method, in order to ensure the safe operation of the unit,to find the best back pressure ( vacuum), gives the operation of the reference data to improve the economic performance of the unit.
