凝汽器、换热器用不锈钢焊接管质量标准的研究与评析

摘要 从制造方法、热处理和交货状态,化学成分和力学性能,尺寸偏差、外观和表面质量,腐蚀试验和无损检测试验,工艺性能试验等方面,对凝汽器、换热器用奥氏体不锈钢焊接管的美国材料试验协会标准ASTM A249/A249M、国标GB/T24593和中国三大动力企业标准进行了较全面的研究评价和分析比较。提出了研究评析建议,焊缝是不锈钢焊接管质量的关键,应将焊缝腐蚀比检测作为质量检验标准的正文条款;制造方法应明确要求在最终热处理之前对焊缝或整管进行冷变形加工;各项目的检测数量应适当调整。 With regarding to the Standard Speci? cation for welded Austenitic heat -Exchanger and Condenser tubes including ASTM A249/A249M, GB/T24593 and the enterprise standard of top 3 power equipment manufacturers in China, the research, evaluation and comparative analysis was done in this article, in the aspect of manufacturing method, heat treatment, state of delivery, chemical composition, mechanical properties, size deviation, appearance, surface quality, corrosion test, non -destructive examination and performance test, etc. The suggestions were made. The weld bead is the key to the quality of stainless steel welded tube so that weld decay test should be required as the standard terms for quality inspection. It should be specified on the standard specification of manufacturing methods, that the tubes should be cold processed either in both weld bead and base metal or in weld metal only prior to the final heat treatment. The quantity of tubes to be detected on test items should be adjusted appropriately.
