Enlightenment of Foreign Experiences on Adjustment of Natural Gas Consumption Structure in China

为促进天然气消费稳定健康发展,天然气消费结构需要进一步调整。为此,对比了几个世界典型国家在天然气储产量和消费量、消费结构等方面的不同情况,总结出一些典型国家在天然气消费过程中的先进经验,并结合我国天然气消费市场的特殊性,对我国天然气消费结构的调整提出加强天然气基础设施建设,完善监管体系,稳步发展城市燃气,推动气价改革,支持鼓励天然气发电项目等建议。

to ensure the stable and healthy development of natural gas consumption, the natural gas consumption structure should be further adjusted. By making comparison of natural gas reserves and output, consumption and consumption structure between several typical countries in the world, the paper summarizes some advanced experiences of these typical countries in natural gas consumption process and puts forwards some suggestions on the adjustment of natural gas consumption structure in China based on the particularities of natural gas consumption market in China. The suggestions include enhancing the construction of natural gas infrastructures and perfecting supervision system, developing urban gas steadily and promoting reform of gas price, and supporting and encouraging gas power generation project.
