石灰回转窑电除尘改布袋除尘实践与效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 新钢石灰回转窑烟气除尘采用电除尘方式,烟气粉尘颗粒排放超过150 mg/m3。对回转窑烟尘主要成分、颗粒分散度、烟气温度和烟尘比电阻进行综合分析后,发现该烟尘比电阻属于高比电阻粉尘,不适合用电除尘器来除尘。将除尘方式由电除尘改为布袋除尘后,2号回转窑布袋除尘器的烟尘排放浓度为20.5 mg/m3,1号回转窑布袋除尘器的烟尘排放浓度为11.3 mg/m3,远低于国家排放标准要求的30 mg/m3。 The way of electric precipitator is taken for the rotary kiln flue gas dust removal of lime factory in Xinyu Steel, and particle emissions of flue gas and dust are more than 150 mg / m3. The main components of rotary kiln dust and particle dispersion, flue gas temperature and specific resistance are comprehensive analyzed. It is found the dust belongs to high resistance dust, is not suitable for electric dust remover. Dust removal way is replaced by bag filter, dust emission concentration is 20.5 mg/m3 for the No. 2 kiln bag filter, dust emission concentration is 11.3 mg / m3 for No. 1 of bag filter. It is far below the national emission standards for the require- ments of 30 mg / m3.
