摘要
针对抚顺新钢铁高炉液压泥炮回转接头密封处易漏油、吊挂机构连接螺栓强度降低、丁字拉杆固定轴易窜出、打泥机构泥塞帽螺栓易断裂等问题进行了改进,从而减少了泥炮故障,保障了高炉正常生产。
According to the problems like： oil leakage occurs at rotary joint seal of blast furnace hydraulic mud gun and the connecting bolt strength of hanging mechanism reducing, fixed shaft of T - shaped rod is easy to run off, cap bolt of mud plug is easy to fracture, improvement is taken so as to reduce the mud gun fault, guarantee the normal production of the blast furnace in Fushun New Steel.
