摘要
平台供应船主要功能为海上作业平台运送人员和运输各类所需物资。由于运输的货品特性不同,所以规范对装载的舱柜结构及相关配套设施要求也不同,特别对装载闪点低于60℃的有毒有害液体物质的要求更严格。甲醇是海上作业施工中的常用物资,其闪点为11℃。作为运输这类物资的平台供应船,在设计时应综合考虑规范要求,合理布置甲醇舱,优化结构设计等,尽量减少装载甲醇所带来的不利影响,从而降低建造成本。
Platform supply vessels (PSV)were used for transporting workers and supplies between shore base and offshore platform. Because of different cargo, the rules proposed different requirements of tank structure and supporting facilities,and even stricter ones of hazardous and noxious liquid with less than 60℃. Methanol,whose flash point is only 11 ℃, is frequently used during operation and construction on the sea. As the unit transporting methanol, PSV should be designed according to the rules and regulations with reasonable arrangement of methanol tank and optimized structure design, reducing adverse effect arising from loading methanol in order to cut the construction cost.
