摘要
阐述了一艘满足共同规范(CSR)的纽卡斯尔极限型(Newcastlemax)205000 DWT散货船的货舱结构重量优化过程。分析船体结构设计的各种影响因素,对货舱区结构设计进行了优化改进,达到减少船体钢料重量、减轻空船重量,继而增加载重量的目的,最后提出了影响结构重量的关键控制因素。为以后散货船结构设计提供了改进方向,也为散货船船体结构轻量化提供了指导依据。
The optimization procedure of hull structure weight in cargo hold area of a CSR Newcastlemax 205 000 DWT bulk carrier was introduced. Aiming at decreasing hull steel and light ship weight and also gaining more deadweight, different influences for structure design was analyzed and structure in cargo area was optimized. Key control factors of lightweight was put forward, supplying methods to improve the design and serving as reference and guideline for light weight reduction of bulk carrier.
