摘要 主要介绍了37000 DWT沥青船货油系统设计中独具特色的几个方面,包括管路分组、吸入管路沿程阻力损失、热膨胀补偿和货油区域舱底水管路。分别解决了大型沥青船货油舱和货油泵数量上奇偶配对的问题,保证了货油泵良好的吸入性能,提高了高温管路的安全性,降低了舱底水混入沥青残余物汽化的危险。 The characteristics of cargo oil system of a 37 000 DWT asphalt tanker was introducecl m the paper, including piping group, suction piping pressure drop, thermal expansion and compensation and bilge lines in cargo area. The problem that the number of cargo tanks and cargo oil pumps were different in large-scale vessels was solved. The good suction capability of cargo oil pump was ensured. The security of high temperature piping was increased. The risk that vaporization occurred when bilge water interfused with asphalt residual was decreased.
