淀山湖沿岸村落“海绵城市”应用模式探究 被引量:2

摘要 淀山湖是上海市水源保护地,但近20年其沿岸村落的雨洪灾害、径流污染加剧了地区水环境恶化,造成了生态功能衰退。因此村落的雨洪管控对维护淀山湖生态系统稳定尤为重要。本文通过数据处理、实地调研和归纳及演绎等方法,分析导致淀山湖沿岸村落雨洪问题的原因是降雨强度大,地表硬质率高和径流管控力弱,并从村落的布局规律中归纳出6类院落模式和6类组团模式,然后结合"海绵城市"建设理念目标,通过低影响雨水技术设施在不同空间的组合布局,设计6类院落技术设施应用模式和6类组团技术设施应用模式,组建了一套村落雨洪管控体系,为缓解淀山湖区域乃至长三角水网平原的水环境问题提供了有效的技术指引和示范借鉴。 Dianshan Lake, as one of the water conservations in Shanghai, has suffered from water deterioration and ecological function decline exacerbated by rain floods and runoff pollution from villages around the lake. As a result, the rainstorm management of villages is of great significance to maintain the ecosystem stability in Dianshan Lake. Using data processing, field investigation, induction and deduction, this study regards high rainfall intensity,high surface hard rate and weak runoff control as the reasons of rainstorm problems,then concludes 6 courtyard models and 6 community models from village distribution. In accordance with the concept of ‘ Sponge City’ , the authors introduce 6 applied models of courtyard and 6 applied models of community through the combined layout of multiple low impact rain technical infrastructures, and organize a rainstorm management system for villages which provides effective technical manual and referential perspective of alleviating water problems in Dianshan Lake area and even the Yangtse Delta.
