近年来,临床医学迅速发展,分工更加细化,各种诊断、治疗方法广泛开展和普遍应用,在提高医疗水平的同时也增加了患者发生医院感染的风险,为此,各种医疗器械使用后的清洗、消毒和灭菌已经成为预防与控制医院内感染的重要环节,医院的消毒供应中心(CSSD)成为医院感染管理的核心部门之一。其中对于再生医疗器械的使用从回收、清洗、包装至灭菌,严格按照规章制度完成,其工作质量直接影响到医院内感染的发生率。因此,加强对CSSD的管理,强化业务学习,促进护理知识和专业知识学习,熟练掌握必备的操作技术、规范流程势在必行。CSSD的管理者在工作中找问题寻方法,来达到彻底的控制院内感染更好为临床科室服务。

In recent years, the clinical medicine has rapidly developed, division of labor is more refined, various methods of diagnosis and treatment have extensively developed and widespreaded. However, the risk of nosoeomial infection of patients has simultaneously increased. Therefore, the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of all kinds of used instruments, equipment and articles have become an important subject in hospital infection prevention and control. In addition, center supply service depasrtment （CSSD） of the hospital become an important department carrying on nosoeomial infection management. The regenerated medical instruments are treated through the steps of recycling, cleaning, packaging and sterilization strictly by rules and regulations, so that the quality of disinfection and supply center work has a direct impact on hospital infection. Therefore, it is imperative to reinforce CSSD management, strengthen professionals＂ learning, urge the study of nursing and field knowledge, master technological operation skills and standardize operational process. CSSD managers look for problems in work and searching effective methods, in order to achieve clinical service with better infection control in hospital thoroughly.
