Research development on vitamin D and childhood hypersensitivity disease

维生素D水平与生命早期的免疫系统、过敏性疾病的严重程度之间有一定相关性。目前,各国已经可以通过检测血液中25-OH-D来评估体内维生素D水平,但仍未确定儿童体内最佳的维生素D水平。本文综述了维生素D与儿童过敏性疾病之间的关系,同时,展望将来有更多、更长期的大样本研究来确定维生素D与疾病严重程度之间的关联。

The level of vitamin D was related to the severity of the immune system disease and hypersensitivity diseases in the early age of life. At present, we have been able to assess the level of vitamin D in the body by testing blood 25-OH-D, but have not yet determined the best vitamin D levels in children. This article reviewed the relationship between vitamin D and hypersensitivity diseases in children. At the same time, the future more and more long-term studies of large sample to determine the association between vitamin D and the severity of the disease are expected.
