细节化优质护理对急性脑梗死患者预后影响分析

Effect analysis of detailed high quality nursing on the patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨细节化优质护理对神经内科脑梗死住院患者的临床治疗效果。方法将3 80例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组190例。对照组患者给予一般常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予细节化优质护理,包括心理护理、康复护理、饮食及作息指导、并发症护理及出院指导等措施。分别于干预前及干预后对两组患者的日常生活活动能力(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分(NSS)及依从性进行问卷调查,并对各项结果进行分析。结果护理后,两组患者的ADL评分增加、NSS评分降低,与护理前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组ADL、NSS评分及护理依从性得分分别为(67.68±8.3)分、(1 1.74±4.8)分和(9.1±0.9)分,对照组ADL、NSS评分及护理依从性得分分别为(52.87±7.9)分、(1 5.48±4.2)分和(7.7±1.2)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者的护理中,细节化优质护理取得显著成效,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of detailed high quality nursing on the hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 380 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 190 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing. The observation group were treated with detailed high quality nursing besides routine nursing, including psychological care, rehabilitation care, diet and rest guidance, care and discharge guidance complications etc. The activities of dallying living （ADL）, neurological severity scores （NSS） and the patents＇compliance were compared before and after the intervention between two groups. Results After treatment, the ADL score of two groups were increased, while NSS score were decreased significantly （P〈 0.05 ） compared with the before nursing. The ADL, NSS and compliance scores in the observation group were （67.68±8.3）, （11.74±4.8） and （9.1±0.9） respectively. While the ADL, NSS and compliance scores in the control group were （52.87±7.9）, （15.48±4.2） and （7.7±1.2） respectively. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In nursing of patients with acute cerebral infarction, details of high quality care achieved remarkable effect and had high value of application. It is worthy of widespread application in clinic.
