测井作业工人血脂变化和影响因素分析

Analysis of plasma lipid changes among well-logging workers

目的调查有电离辐射职业接触风险的测井作业工人血脂状况及其影响因素。方法选择新乡市某公司测井作业工人143人作为接触组,以249人某企业进厂前体检人员作为对照组。进行血脂常规检测并进行人口学特征和吸烟、饮酒生活方式的问卷调查。结果χ~2检验结果显示接触组血脂异常率为94.6%大于对照组的4.4%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。logistics回归分析综合考虑年龄、性别、吸烟和饮酒等因素,发现测井作业[OR=356.95（95%CI：91.50~1 392.53）,P〈0.01]和男性[OR=7.16（95%CI：1.69~30.35）,P〈0.01]是血脂异常的危险因素。结论测井放射作业工人的血脂异常率高于进厂前体检人员,放射作业可能影响血脂异常率。

Objective To explore the plasma lipid status and its influence factors of the well-logging workers who mayexpose to occupational hazards ionizing radiation. Methods 143 oil logging workers were recruited as exposuve group in Xinxiang oil factory, and 249 workers were enrolled as the control during the medical examination before participating the work. Their plasma lipid was measured. Their Demographic characteristics and smoking, drinking lifestyle were collected in questionnaire. Results The dyslipidemia rate 94.6% in exposure group was higher than that in the control group 4.4%, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Logistics regression analysis considers factors such as age, sex, smoking and drinking, and found that logging operation [OR=356.95（95% CI ：91.50, 1 392.53）,P〈0.01] and male[OR=7.16 （95% CI： 1.69, 30.35, P〈0.01）]are the risk factors of dyslipidemia. Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood lipids in well logging workers was higher than that in the control group.
