摘要
目的分析多脾综合征腹部CT影像特点,以提高对多脾综合征的认识。方法回顾性分析2010年10月-2015年8月在天津市东丽医院确诊的10例多脾综合征的CT影像特点。结果脾脏数2~12个。1例位于右侧。3例伴有肾囊肿。1例伴下腔静脉缺如及胃异位到右侧。2例伴有奇静脉异常连接。结论熟悉多脾综合征伴有其他脏器异常的各种CT表现,可提高对多脾综合征的认识,减少漏误诊的发生。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of abdominal CT image in polysplenia syndrome increase awareness for polysplenia syndrome. Methods In Tianjin DongLi hospital from October 2010 to August 2015, 10 cases of muhiple syndrome of CT imaging features were retrospectively analyzed. Results The number of spleen were 2-12. In 1 case it was located in the right side. In 3 cases they were accompanied with renal cysts. In 1 case it was accompanied with absent inferior vena cava and gastric ectopic on the right. In 2 patients they were abnormal ly connected with azygos vein connection. Conclusion Understanding the various abnormal CT findings polysplenia syndrome could raise awareness of the polysplenia syndrome, reduce the incidence rate of misdiagnosis.
