摘要
目的探讨128层螺旋CT对肋骨骨折的应用价值。方法选取东丽区东丽医院肋骨骨折患者160例,进行X线(CR或DR)和CT检查,均行三维骨重建及多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR),并对图像后处理进行观察。结果 CT发现新骨折14例,97处,大多数是重叠结构较多、位置较隐蔽的肋骨骨折,且对粉碎性骨折及骨折合并脱位显示清晰;骨折内固定术后复查12例,可更直观显示手术效果。结论 CT容积扫描及其后处理技术,不仅可快速确诊隐匿性骨折,能多方位的观察骨折及脱位情况,还可立体呈现内固定术后的改变情况,为骨折的诊断、临床的手术治疗及评估疗效提供了重要的影像学依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of rib fracture with 128 slice spiral CT. Methods In our hospital 160 cases of patients with rib fracture,including X-ray (CR or DR) and CT, underwent three-dimensional bone reconstruction and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR),maximum intensity projection 0/lIP), volume rendering (VR) were observed in image postprocessing. Results CT found a new fracture in 14 cases, 97 places, most of the overlapping structure, more concealed position of rib fracture,and for comminuted fractures and fracture dislocation showed clear;fracture fixation was performed in 12 cases,can display more intuitive operation effect. Conclusion CT volume scan and postprocessing technique, not only the rapid diagnosis of occult fracture, and the observation of fracture and dislocation in many ways, can also change the conditions of fixation of stereoscopic, surgical treatment and effect evaluation of fracture in clinical diagnosis, provide important imaging evidence.
