暗网恐怖主义犯罪研究被引量：29

摘要随着执法部门对表层网络(surface web)加强监督和管制,有证据表明恐怖主义开始借助暗网(dark web)进行犯罪活动,主要表现形式为:利用比特币进行资金筹集、利用镜像网站进行思想传播和利用黑市平台进行物资购置。相对表层网上的恐怖主义犯罪,暗网上的恐怖主义犯罪在手段上更具隐蔽性,实现途径上更具技术性,功能上具有辅助性。研究恐怖主义犯罪在暗网上的表现形式和特点,有助于执法部门掌握恐怖组织在暗网上的具体活动情况,对网络反恐具有积极意义。
