徐州医学院“3+2”农村订单定向专科医学人才培养的现状及探索

Investigation and explore on the training of the “3+2” junior college graduates for the rural areas

目的检验徐州医学院针对订单定向专科医学生的人才培养尤其是课程体系设置方面的合理性。方法 2014年2—7月对已经完成三年在校学习的、在徐州各三级医院培训基地的来自徐州医学院的学生229人(研究组)和某高校的农村订单定向专科生32人(对照组)进行问卷调查,共计261人。包括在校期间学习情况、学校人才培养情况、对专业知识的掌握情况和对农村基本医疗常识的掌握情况四个方面,计数资料采用χ2检验,等级资料采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行分析。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果关于在校期间学习情况的调查结果显示,研究组的动手能力更强,而在学校人才培养方面,对照组的职业道德培养、人际关系的处理能力的培养情况比研究组好,关于社区卫生服务基本知识,对照组的了解情况优于研究组,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两校关于学生创造力、英语能力、计算机能力的培养均一般,学生对于农村医药卫生知识的掌握情况也不甚理想。结论徐州医学院课程体系的设置基本合理,农村订单定向生在校期间掌握了大部分农村医疗卫生技术,但各校对创造能力的培养、英语和计算机能力的培养、课外医疗卫生常识的传授不足。

Objective To test the equitability of training of the medical students for the rural areas,especially the equitability of the curriculum system.Methods Choose 229 junior college graduates who finished three years of study in Xuzhou medical college as the experiment group,choose 32 colleague in the other medical college as the control group,a total of 261 people.A questionaire was given to both experiment group and control group,including the study at the school,training situation,the mastery of the professional knowledge and the basic medical knowledge of rural areas,count data was processed by chi-sqare test,ranked data using Wilcoxon signed rank test,the result of P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The results showed that graduates from Xuzhou medical college is better in manipulative ability,but the control group showed a higher professional ethics and a stronger Interpersonal relationship,the control group had a better ability to handle the basic knowledge of community health services.On Cultivation of students＇ creative ability,English,computer skills,both of them are not very well,the handling of rural medical and health knowledge is not very well too.Conclusion Most of our school curriculum system settings are reasonable,graduates for the rural areas during the school mastered most rural medical and health technology,but creative ability training,English and computer skills training and extracurricular knowledge of medical are weak.
