Analysis of the Potential Demarcation of Permanent Capital Farmland in the Urban Surrounding Space Supported by GIS

按照永久基本农田划定由城市周边开始、"由大到小、由近到远"的新要求,应用已有的各类资料,借助地理信息空间分析等技术手段,完成城市周边基本农田划定潜力分析,初步确定城市周边可划为永久基本农田的耕地面积、地块分布,确保将城市周边优质耕地优先划定为永久基本农田,为科学合理的划定永久基本农田提供全面信息支撑,为城市开发边界和生态保护红线的划定提供参考。

The farmland of the urban surrounding space should be given the priority according to the new requirements of demarcation of permanent capital farmland, and the demarcation should be implemented from the big city to small city and from the city surrounding space to the far. To achieve this requirement, we should analyze the potential for the demarcation of permanent capital farmland of the city surrounding space with the aid of GIS spatial analysis techniques and using all kinds of data existed. Through the analysis, we are able to initially obtain the area and the distribution of cultivated lands which not have been demarcated to the capital farmland, and should give priority to demarcation of permanent capital farmland of the high quality. The analysis can provide comprehensive information support for the demarcation of permanent capital farmland and provide reference for designation of urban development boundary and ecological protection red line.
