文章重点探讨不动产登记"一张图"定义特点、数据库建设、与国土资源"一张图"关系及其应用发展等,提出基于国土资源"一张图"建设不动产登记"一张图"思路,为不动产登记"一张图"建设提供参考。
The real estate registration is an important strategic of the Party central committee and the State council. The ministry of land and resources based on the existing ＂one map＂ database and the three major platforms （e-government platform, comprehensive regulatory platform and information sharing platform）, carrying out the information technology rebound pipa＂ push on the process of the entire real estate unified registration work, has great significance. One map of real estate registration collected all kinds of real estate real estate registration information platform. This paper has of database, and the relations between ＂one map＂ of land development etc. put forward the thinking that construct one registration information, provide basic data support for the mainly discussed the definition characteristics, construction resources and ＂one map＂ of real estate and its application map of real estate registration based on one map of land and resources, and present a reference for the construction of real estate ＂one map
