辱虐型领导对员工创造力的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 辱虐型领导作为一种消极的领导行为,近年来成为研究者们关注的一个方向。许多研究证明辱虐型领导会对员工的许多积极行为产生负向影响,员工创造力就是其中一个因素。然而辱虐型领导对员工的创造力不能一概而论,在其作用机制中有许多调节变量及中介变量是我们不能忽视的,如有研究发现对于高传统性的员工,辱虐型领导激发了员工创造力。本文主要是对辱虐型领导影响员工创造力的影响过程进行归纳分析,并由此提出未来的研究方向:关注员工行为及组织的中介作用、多因素的整合、考虑文化的因素、本土量表的开发。
