Achievements,Problems and Suggestions in the Guangxi Bond Market During the Period of 12th Five-year

"十二五"期间,广西债券融资工作取得一定成效,债券已成为支持广西经济建设的第二大资金来源。但广西债券融资占比偏低,直接融资结构不合理,广西企业参与创新产品前期运作的积极性低、法人金融机构债券市场成员偏少、后续新增发债企业梯队建设缺失等问题,均不利于"十三五"期间广西债券融资工作的健康快速发展,本文给出了加快推动广西债券融资工作的意见和建议。

During the period of 12th five-year, Guangxi bond financing work has achieved some success. Bonds have become the second largest source of funds to support the construction of Guangxi ＇ s economy. But Guangxi bond fi- nancing work is still very backward, there are a lot of problems. This paper gives some advice about development of the Guangxi bond market.
