扶正抑瘤方配合心理干预提高中晚期乳腺癌患者生存质量

Fuzhengyiliufang and psychological intervention on quality of life in patients with advanced breast cancer

目的研究扶正抑瘤方配合心理干预对中晚期乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法将符合入组条件的96例乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例。治疗组予以扶正抑瘤方（黄芪、党参、猫人参等）＋心理干预,对照组仅予以扶正抑瘤方,治疗6个月,对治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月患者生活质量及卡氏评分进行比较。结果 2组患者治疗前后生存质量有了明显改善,在情绪（Waldχ~2=16.001,P〈0.001）、睡眠（Waldχ~2=9.720,P〈0.002）、日常生活（Waldχ~2=20.071,P〈0.001）及KPS（F=5.123,P=0.26）方面治疗组与对照组治疗前后有显著统计学意义,在食欲（Waldχ~2=0.442,P〉0.506）、疲乏（Waldχ~2=1.129,P〈0.288）及疼痛方面（Waldχ~2=1.160,P〉0.282）,2组无统计学意义。结论扶正抑瘤方配合心理干预可改善中晚期乳腺癌患者的食欲、精神、睡眠、疲乏、疼痛、日常生活等症状,提高生存质量。

Objective To study the effect of Fuzhengyiliufang and psychological intervention on the quality of life in patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods The advanced breast cancer patients are divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group are given Fuzhengyiliufang and psychological intervention,and the control group are given Fuzhengyiliufang only. The qualities of life were measured at baseline,then 3 and 6 months later. Results There are significant differences in improving the quality of life such as emotion,sleep and daily life between the treatment group and the control group（P 0. 05）,and there is no difference in improving the quality of life such as diet and fatigue（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Fuzhengyiliufang and psychological intervention are good for improving the quality of life.
