摘要
目的用紫外可见分光光度法测定人参中总皂苷的含量。方法采用超声提取法对人参进行提取,再采用水饱和正丁醇对人参提取溶液进行萃取,用紫外可见分光光度法测定其吸光度值。结果测得的最大吸收波长为540 nm,人参皂苷Re在7.287~80.16μg/m L范围内的线性关系良好。精密度RSD值为0.44%,平均回收率为104.33%。结论用紫外可见分光光度法测定人参中总皂苷的含量,简便易行,精确度高,测定速度快。
Objective By UV spectrophotometric determination of ginseng total saponins. Methods Ultrasonic extraction of ginseng extract,then using water-saturated n-butanol ginseng extract solution was extracted with ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry absorbance values. Results Measured maximum absorption wavelength of 540 nm,ginsenosides Re good linear relationship in the range of 7. 287-80. 16 μg / m L of. RSD of 0. 44% and the average recovery rate was 104. 33%. Conclusion This method is simple and easy to operate with high accuracy and fast determination.
