补阳还五汤联合刺血拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with pricking-cupping bloodletting in treatment of postherpetic neuralagia

目的观察补阳还五汤联合刺血拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将89例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服补阳还五汤,同时配合刺血拔罐。对照组30例口服布洛芬,维生素B_1,维生素B_(12)。采用视觉模拟尺评分法(VAS)和睡眠质量评分法(QS)为判定标准,同时观察2组安全性。治疗1疗程后评定疗效。结果 2组VAS评分和QS评分均明显下降,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应。结论补阳还五汤结合刺血拔罐安全有效,可活血祛瘀、通络止痛,能明显减轻疼痛,提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoctio-n combined with prickingcupping bloodletting in treatment of postherpetic neuralagia. Methods Will 89 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 30 cases oral Buyang Huanwu Decoction. At the same time with the pricking and cupping. Control group of 30 cases of oral ibuprofen,vitamin B_1,vitamin B_（12）. Visual analogue scale（VAS） and sleep quality score（QS） were used to determine the standard,and the safety of the two groups was observed. Evaluate curative effect after one course of treatment. Results The 2 groups of VAS score and QS score were significantly decreased,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（P 0. 05）,the treatment group was more efficient than the control group（P 0. 05）. There were no adverse reactions in the 2 groups. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined pricking cupping safe and effective,promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,Tongluozhitong,can significantly reduce pain,improving sleep quality of patients.
