浅谈7S管理在发电企业运行班组中的推进

Discussion on the Promotion of 7S Management in the Operation Team of Power Generation Enterprises

本文从7S管理的理念着手,面对现代发电企业提出的"创一流"管理,针对运行班组倒班轮值的特性,提出7S管理在运行班组导入推进的方式方法、过程,以及改善提升的措施,对运行班组的管理提升提供参考。

Starting with the idea of 7S management and combining with the ＂first class＂ management proposed by modern power generation enterprises,this paper puts forward the measures on the methods, procedures and improvements and upgrading for the promotion of 7S management in operation team according to the characteristics of rotating shifts in the operation team, which provides a reference for the management of the operation team.
