摘要
大学生村官是现阶段人力资本输入基层的一条主线,开发大学生村官的胜任力模型,对选拔优秀大学生到农村任职,提升大学生村官的综合能力都有一定的促进作用。本文依据胜任力模型构建的规范流程,综合运用文献分析法、行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法的方式,对XS地区的大学生村官胜任力特征进行了收集、归类,进而对获取的胜任特征进行要素提炼,从价值导向、个性特征和成就导向三个维度确定了包含九个项目的大学生村官胜任力模型。
College-graduate village official is the main power to make the human captial into the basic level.Thus,develop the competency model of college-graduate village official has certain positive effects on selecting elite graduate as village officials and improving their comprehensive ability. In this paper, according to the general process to build competency model, the use of literature analysis, behavioral event interview and questionnaire were combined. Manners of Village Competency in XS region were collected, classified, and thus to obtain competent features for refining elements, which were identified with nine basic competency items from three dimensions, such as value-oriented, achievement-oriented and personality traits.
