摘要
2013年国庆黄金周期间,九寨沟景区发生了大规模的游客滞留,引起了社会的广泛关注。此次事件不仅降低了游客的旅游质量,而且极大的影响了景区的形象。本研究通过搜集相关资料和数据统计分析得出九寨沟景区旅游拥堵现象发生的原因,并讨论了拥堵事件对景区造成的负面影响。在此基础上提出一系列对策,为有效缓解九寨沟景区拥堵状况和景区的健康发展提供参考。
There has been a large-scale tourists Congestion in the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot during 2013 National Day which arouse widespread concern in the society. This event not only reduced the travel quality of tourists, but also greatly affected the image of the scenic spot. Through collecting relevant information and statistical analysis, this paper obtains the reasons of the phenomenon of tourists congestion in Jiuzhaigou scenic spot, and discusses the negative impact of congestion events on the scenic area. Based on the research, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures, in order to effectively ease the congestion status of Jiuzhaigou scenic area and provides reference for the healthy development of Jiuzhaigou scenic spot.
