Analysis of the Cross-Strait Cooperation in Digital Publication Industry

数字出版是新兴数字技术与传统出版内容相融合的产物,也是新形势下提升一国(或地区)文化软实力的重要抓手和突破口。在简要分析、总结当前海峡两岸数字出版业初步交流合作现状及存在问题基础上,文章重点探讨了当前深化海峡两岸数字出版业合作的必要性、可行性和紧迫性,提出了携手合作加快发展的配套对策建议,以期促进传统出版业转型升级、抢占未来科技与经济竞争制高点。

Digital publishing is a mixture of emerging digital technologies and traditional publishing content, and it is also a key point in enhancing the cultural soft power of a country （or region）. In order to seize the commanding heights of technology and economic competition, the authorities, enterprises and practitioners from both sides of Taiwan Strait should promote to exploit and integrate the special recourse in the zone. This paper began with a brief review that summarized the current situation and main problems of cross-Strait cooperation in digital publication area. Then, the necessity, the feasibility and the urgency of cross-Strait cooperation was analysed, a series of measures were put forward to push forward the Chinese culture and publication to the world level.
