摘要
鉴于日益严格的环保要求,新疆某金矿拟采用浮选工艺替代原氰化炭浆工艺。通过对其金矿石工艺矿物学及浮选条件试验研究,获得了较好指标。在最佳的浮选条件下,金精矿金品位18.89 g/t、金回收率91.56%,并从工艺矿物学角度分析了金精矿品位难以提高的原因。
Faced with increasingly rigid environmental protection requirements, one old mine in Xinjiang plans to replace the existing cyanidation - CIP process with flotation. Good gold recovery indexes are obtained through experi- mental tests on flotation parameters carried out according to the process mineralogical property of gold ores. Under opti- mal conditions, the gold grade of gold concentrates is 18.89 g/t and the gold recovery rate is 91.56 %. The paper an- alyzes why the gold concentrate grade is hard to improve in terms of process mineralogy.
